LSHTM is looking to recruit an experienced, highly motivated and meticulous individual for the Human Resources Systems team.

The role holder will be responsible for leading on HR reporting including major statutory and external annual returns such as HESA and UCEA staff returns.

The role holder will be responsible for the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the HR systems and will lead on the designing, building and delivering HR reporting that meet the needs of LSHTM and HR stakeholders, whilst supporting ad-hoc HR-related projects

Applicants will ideally have experience of working within a similar role, in a higher education environment, with an analytical mind-set, a strong HRIS background and advanced IT skills.  This is a high paced, high volume role and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The post is full time and permanent. The salary will be on the Professional salary scale Grade 6 in the range £40,011 - £45,437 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service.  Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part time staff. In addition to this there are discretionary “Director’s Days”. Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
