We are seeking to appoint a full-time Faculty Executive Officer in the Faculty of Epidemiology and Population Health.
The post-holder will be responsible for the smooth running of Faculty Office operations, providing Faculty communications, governance, budgetary, and space & safety support, and management of central Faculty Office team. The role holder will work as a member of the Faculty Operational Management Team (FOMT) and will maintain close working links with the Five EPH Departments, as well as the other Faculty Offices and LSHTM’s Central Services.
The successful applicant must have a minimum of higher education to A Level, or equivalent, and relevant experience. They must have excellent communication and administrative skills, and an adaptive, collaborative, and flexible approach. Evidence of continuing professional development including regular attendance on internal and external study programmes is also essential. Further particulars are included in the job description.
The post is full-time 35 hours per week, 1.0 FTE and permanent. The post is available from 28 July 2025.
The salary will be on the Professional Services salary scale, Grade 5 scale in the range £39,432 - £45,097 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service. Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part-time staff. In addition to this there are discretionary “Wellbeing Days.” Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London at LSHTM.
