The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) is one of the world’s leading public health universities. The School is seeking to appoint a Student Records Administrator to work within the Student Records team in the Registry department. This is a busy and varied role, which requires strong organisational, IT and communication skills.
The post holder will report to the Student Records Manager and will be responsible for administering the School’s student records, processing requests and advising stakeholders on related policy, procedures and regulation, as well as providing general administrative support to the wider Registry team. You will need to be educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent professional experience. You should have experience of working in higher education administration and experience of interpreting and implementing regulations, policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and and accuracy skills. Further particulars are included in the job description.
The post is full-time, 35 hours, 1 FTE and permanent.
The salary will be on the Professional Services salary scale, Grade 3 in the range £29,514 - £33,207 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service. Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part time staff. In addition to this there are discretionary “Wellbeing Days”. Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London at LSHTM.
