An enthusiastic and innovative person is required to work in the Library & Archives Service of this major international postgraduate medical school. This new and challenging position will lead the project to improve Research Data Management across the School, and drive the establishment and effective running of a Research Data Management Support Service for the School. The post holder will be responsible for developing and embedding the Research Data Management Support Service, and successfully managing the service, to meet the needs of the School’s research community.
To apply you should have either a recognised qualification in Library or Information Management or significant experience of the research process, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience of managing projects. Knowledge of good research data management practice is also desirable.
Salary will be on the Professional Support Grade 6 scale in the range £35,661 - £40,499 inclusive per annum, plus generous holiday allowance.
