Salary:  £39,304 to £44,634 per annum, inclusive.

We’re looking for a Web & Digital Manager to oversee the award-winning web presence and user experience, ensuring it meets our business and communication objectives. 

The role will advise on new web, audio and video solutions, and on working with third parties where appropriate.

Reporting to the Head of Communications & Engagement, the post holder will work closely with colleagues in the team, in IT Services and across LSHTM, to develop the website, intranet, digital content and online communications, in line with our strategy. They will ensure that the website enhances LSHTM’s national and international profile, and supports its day-to-day operations. They will line manage the Digital Content Officer and Web Editor, and oversee the development and implementation of LSHTM’s digital action plan. 

The successful candidate will have experience of managing complex websites, including effective communication with stakeholders, experience of creating and editing web content to a high standard and excellent project management skills. 

The post is full time and permanent. The salary will be on the professional support scale at Grade 6 in the range of £39,304 to £44,634 per annum, (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service.  Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part time staff. In addition to this there are discretionary “Director’s Days”. Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
